Admission Process
Admission is offered to students of all communities, without distinction of caste, creed, color or religion at Maple Grove World School, Bulandshahr. Registration entitles a student to appear for the Entrance Test, but it does not guarantee admission. Admissions are finalized on the basis of the child’s performance in both the Entrance Test and the Interaction.

Admission Policy
- The school does not accept any type of donations or recommendations for admission.
- Use of any influence or unfair means to secure admission will lead to automatic disqualification.
- Registration fees are non-refundable. Please fill in all the entries in the registration form correctly. No further changes will be accepted by the school.
- The number of admissions is based on the availability of seats.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called by the school for interaction.
- The final list of admissions will be uploaded on the school website.
Age Criteria
Play
Minimum age should be 3 years and above as on January 01, 2026
Nursery
Minimum age should be 4 years and above as on January 01, 2026
Prep
Minimum age should be 5 years and above as on January 01, 2026
Class I (First)
Minimum age should be 6 years and above as on January 01, 2026
Documents Required for Registration Process
- Passport-size photographs of the student, father, mother, and guardian (one each).
- Report card of the previous academic year or the half-yearly report card of the current year (for the class in which the student is presently studying).
- Bonafide certificate of the student issued by the current school on the school’s official letterhead.
- Affiliation number of the student’s current school, to be mentioned in the registration form (mandatory for classes II to IX and XI).
- Aadhaar card of the student, father, mother, and guardian (to be uploaded).

Application Form for classes Pre-Nursery to IX & XI are available at the School Reception of Maple Grove World School, Siana between 08:00am to 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) only on Working Days.

- Children residing within 10 km shall be given preference.
- On account of seats being very limited, the admission process focuses on getting to know an applicant very well through interaction & academic assessment.
Admission in class XI (External)
- Admissions in Class XI for outside student will only be taken on the basis of their APTITUDE TEST
which conducted by school . - The correct details (Student’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, and Date of Birth) are to be filled in strictly as per the Class X Admit Card or Class X Marksheet while registering for Class XI.
